Culpeper dental office

Where can I find a dental office in Culpeper?

Of course you have heard of the American Dental Association,  the leading and definitive source for all dental health related information. It should come as no surprise, then, that the ADA’s recommendation for bi-annual preventive checkups sets the standard for optimal oral health! As Virginia’s leading Culpeper dental office, we actively encourage patients to schedule – and keep – their oh-so-important semi-annual checkups. At All Smiles Dental Care, we have always pursued a preventive approach to patient care because, while cavities and gum disease are the most prevalent adverse dental conditions we encounter, they are both nearly entirely avoidable!  Can you imagine your children growing up cavity-free? We can!

Culpeper dental office

When you come in for your scheduled preventive appointment with your Culpeper dental office, your entire oral health will be thoroughly examined. We will closely inspect every facet of your smile to make sure you are free and clear of tooth decay, periodontal disease, and any other adverse conditions. These exams are so important for your dental health because, should Dr. Parr detect the onset of any problem, it can be treated most easily, usually halted, and oftentimes, in cases of gum disease, reversed, at its earliest stage. Part of your comprehensive bi-annual preventive care appointment includes a professional teeth cleaning treatment (there are some areas that a brush and floss simply cannot reach), a TMJ exam and a non-invasive cancer screening test. In combination with a proper hygiene regimen at home, which includes brushing and flossing your teeth twice-a-day for at least two minutes, your bi-annual checkup is essential for the prevention of decay and disease. A professional teeth cleaning does a remarkable job of removing dental plaque and tartar from those hard-to-reach spots to ensure optimal cleanliness for all of our patients, and for our pediatric patients, we offer fluoride treatments and dental sealants to strengthen enamel and further protect the surfaces of molars. We know establishing healthy, beautiful smiles as early as possible and regularly maintaining professional checkups can keep you and your children on the path of excellent dental health for a lifetime!
